We were among the first collectives on Solana to run a validator — and we still do. Now, we've launched StarlingSOL LST.

Meet the Superb Starlings leadership
The team is made up of a Lead Executive, along with 4 appointed executives, 5 board of directors members, a treasurer, in-house council, and an observer. Every year (known as an epoch), a collective-wide election is held, where members are encouraged to nominate themselves and vote on who will lead the collective. There are 5 total executive positions, and each member is expected to serve the vision of the community, put voted proposals and surveys into action, incorporate and maintain Superb Starlings as an entity, and serve on collective committees as a representative of the community.
Executive Team
The executive team serves as the primary operational and executory arm of Superb Starlings and is responsible for the core day-to-day operations of the collective.
Executive 1
A passionate believer in self-organized social collectives, co-founded Superb Starlings to be the change we want to see. Venture capitalist by profession, believes that the future of the world needs to be spearheaded by extremely innovative and unconventional innovators across the world.
Executive 2
Freedom maximalist, marketing whiz, finance enthusiast. Was previously a medical student, but decided that chasing narratives and applied psychology in a fast paced environment (ie web3 marketing) is way more fun.
Executive 3
Canadian Geophysicist, crypto since 2011, DAO's since 2021, focused on community and communications leading teams for the Superb Starlings newsletter, Starling Spotlight, Townhalls, and Local Ambassadors.
Executive 4
A seasoned product professional who left Web2 to chase innovation full-time in Web3. After leading large scale global digital projects in tech and startups, now builds and experiments at the frontier of Web3.
Executive 5
An idea machine and relentless doer. Brings wild creativity and unstoppable drive to everything touched. Chaos is the playground—and always builds something unforgettable in the middle of it.
Board of Directors
The board serves as the primary supervisory and judicial arm of Superb Starlings.
Director 1
Retired Naval Officer. Now, a reader of books. Orange pilled with an affinity for Solana. When not reading, collects Rare Sats and Starling Jpegs. Came to crypto for the decentralization, stayed for the GMs.
Director 2
Developer. Can solve fizzbuzz in 5 different languages. Starling Enjoyoor.
Director 3
TradFi professional in the commodities space. Has been in crypto since 2015. Passionate about decentralization and the freedom that comes with owning immutable crypto assets. Enjoys and collects aesthetic starlings.
Director 4
An educator, spending the past decade in classrooms. Entered the web3 space in 2017, has worked for a wide array of projects and protocols focusing on tokenomics, infrastructure and DAO governance.
Director 5
A social intellect versed in marketing and organic social strategies. IRL, an entrepreneur, model, content creator, beauty professional, medical professional and now tapping into real estate. Web3 since 2019 and a filthy degen at heart. Priority is human connection.
